Know Before You Go
Survival tips to help make your time at this event a success.
Hotel Check-in
Check-in at the front desk, under your name. Check-in time is at 3 PM, but your room may be available early so visit the front desk upon arrival.
Your room has been pre-booked and paid for by Evisions. However, a credit card is required upon check-in to cover personal charges to the room.
If time permits: Keep your luggage with you when you check in and take it up to your room.
If time does not permit: Drop your luggage off at the bell hop. You will be able to retrieve your luggage and bring it to your room after activities.
Parking & Transportation
For SoCal locals using their own car for transportation, visit the valet desk at the front entrance of the resort upon arrival. Be sure to tell the valet staff you are with Evisions so that you are not asked for payment.
For remotes needing airport transfers, use local transportation such as Uber/Lyft. Stay tuned for a group ride share list.

Check-out at the front desk, before 11:00 AM.
Meals
All meals during the program's agenda will be coordinated.
Monday's meals include dinner.
Tuesday's meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Wednesday's meals include an optional breakfast.
Meals outside of the agenda will be on your own. The resort has a restaurant and coffee shop on-site, as well as room service.
Attire
Day time events should be casual attire.
Night time events should be dressy casual.
Bring a jacket! Temperatures drop down low at night, especially near the water, so please dress accordingly.

Laptops are optional - please check with your manager to see if you'll need your laptop for anything work related.

Communications
We will have a dedicated Slack channel for all attendees. Please use this for all communications, questions, ride sharing, photo sharing, etc.
Additionally, we will be utilizing a mobile app as a resource.
